Rochelle Eulah Eileen Wiseman (born 21 March 1989) is an English singer, actress and television presenter. She is best known for her work in pop group S Club 8 and The Saturdays Wiseman has achieved six Top 10 hits with her first band, S Club 8 and ten Top 10 hits with girl group, The Saturdays.Let’s take a look at Rochelle’s fashion style.
Wiseman was born in Barking & Dagenham, Greater London. Her parents split up when she was three. She attended theSchool Coopers‘ Company and Coborn School in Upminster, Greater London. She has no contact with her father.
In 2001, Wiseman auditioned to sing with S Club 7 on the Carnival Tour. The group S Club Juniors – later renamed S Club 8 – was created. In 2004 they went to Spain to shoot a children’s programme, „I Dream“ in Spain. The programme lasted for one series and the group disbanded in early 2005. Together as a group they achieved 7 top 20 hits with 6 of these charting in the top ten.
In 2005, Wiseman became part of the presenting team on children’s variety show, Smile. In February 2007 she appeared as a guest on the Identity Parade round on the BBC Two music quiz show „Never Mind The Buzzcocks“, before then being an actual panel guest in October 2009. She also hosted BBC’s Sunday Morning ‚Smile‘ alongside Barney Harwood and Kirsten O’Brien from 2006 to 2007. She became part of a group called The TigerLilys who only went as far as a MySpaceMusic page. She competed in Miss England.
In 2007, Wiseman auditioned to be part of The Saturdays. She successfully auditioned alongside Frankie Sandford who was also in S Club 8. After releasing two singles and an album, the girls appeared on „Hollyoaks Later“. They also released 2009’s Comic Relief single ‚Just Can’t Get Enough‘. The group is still active and their first album „Chasing Lights“ went platinum. Their second album „Wordshaker“ was released on 12 October 2009. As of 11 October 2009 when The Saturdays‘ single ‚Forever Is Over‘ entered the UK charts at number 2, Wiseman and Sandford now tie with German dance act Sash! for the most amount of number 2 singles on the UK Singles Chart without reaching number 1. Two with The Saturdays (Just Can’t Get Enough and Forever is Over) and three with S Club 8 (One Step Closer, Automatic High and New Direction).
